Wellington Edge Homes For Sale in 2020 was Steady once again! Good news is that the Wellingtons Edge Homes for sale SOLD for more money in 2020 than they did in 2019! There were 22 homes that SOLD in 2020.  The homes SOLD for  97% of List Price and went under contract within 47 days of being on the market. In 2020 Wellingtons Edge homes SOLD for an average of $322,768 or $204.29 per Square Foot of Living Area.

Home sales ranged from a low of $270,000 for a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with 1,512 Square Feet of Living area. This home was a Short Sale.  It was a nice home  that needed some updating. The most expensive home SOLD for $425,000. This home was a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with 1,822  Square Feet of Living Area.  This home beautifully upgraded with a nice serene view of the lake and the swimming pool.  It also had a nice covered patio.

Wellington Edge Homes For Sale in 2019 was Steady. There were 16 Wellingtons Edge homes for sale. The 16 Single Family Homes that SOLD had an average sales price of $316,188or $196.59 per square foot of living area. Homes went under contact within 51 days on the market and SOLD for 98% of List Price.

The least expensive home SOLD in Wellingtons Edge sold for $286,000.  This 3 bedroom 2 bath, home had 1,440 Square Feet of Living area. This elegant was on a cul-de-sac with some upgrades.  home was a Bank Owned property and needed lots of updating!  The home that took home the honors for highest priced home SOLD was a  5 bedroom 2.5 bath home that SOLD for $382,000.  This home had  2,510 Square Feet of Living Area. This home is one of the largest models in Wellingtons Edge.  This pool home had been nicely maintained and offered a great lake view.

There were 24 Single Family Homes SOLD in Wellingtons Edge in 2018. The home sales averaged 37 days on the market prior to going under contract and SOLD for 98% of the List Price. The average Sales Price was $312,583 or $199.53  per Square Foot of Living Area. 

The lowest priced Wellingtons Edge home SOLD for $275,000 and was a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with 1,408 Square Feet of Living Area.  This home was on a nice corner lot and had been a former model home. It was in need of some updating however.  The highest priced home SOLD for $380,000.  This home was a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home with 2,510 Square feet of Living Area.  This home had been well maintained by original owners.  It offered an oversized fenced lot with a large backyard, crown molding and granite counters in the home.

Wellington Edges Home prices went up 12% in 2020! In 2020 there were 18 Wellingtons Edge units SOLD.  The average SOLD price was $290,110 or $184.86 per Square Foot of Living Area.  These units SOLD for 97% of List Price and went Under Contract within 32 days of being On the Market.

The least expensive unit SOLD for $250,000 and was a 2 bedroom 2 bath single story townhome with waterfront views.  This home offered a one car garage, screened front and back porch, with nice wood cabinetry and granite in the kitchen.

The most expensive SOLD for $369,000 and was a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath two story townhome  with 2,352 Square Feet of Living Area  and a 1 car detached garage,  This unit was a former model home with scenic water views and had been beautifully maintained.
