Home sales ranged from a low of $273,000 for a 4 bedroom 2 bath, Bank Owned Foreclosure home  with 2,445 Square Feet of Living area. This home was on a cul-de-sac and offered a lake view BUT needed a lot of TLC.  The most expensive home SOLD for $998,500. This home was a 6 bedroom 5.5 bath home with 4,834 Square Feet of Living Area.  This was the elegant Grandezza model with spectacular lake views, stunning custom heated pool, plantation shutters and high end appliances throughout.  This was truly a Luxury Estate home throughout!

In 2019 there were 118 Olympia homes for sale.   The 118 homes that SOLD had an average sales price of $491,021 or $148.49 per square foot of living area. Homes went under contact within 78 days on the market and SOLD for 97% of List Price.

The least expensive home SOLD in Olympia sold for $313,362.  This 5 bedroom 2.5 bath home was a bank Owned Foreclosure that needed lots of TLC.  The home that took home the honors for highest priced home SOLD was a 6 bedroom 8.5 bath  home that SOLD for $885,000.  This home offered 5,677 Square Feet of Living Area.  This was the Luxury Casa Della Scalla model which offered double water views overlooking the lake and the stunning resort like heated pool/spa.  Each bedroom had its own bathroom suite and a grand staircase with large window facing the pool and spa.  A truly elegant Luxury Estate home.

In 2018 there were 111 home sales in Olympia.  Home prices appreciated 6.6 % over 2017. Olympia home sales averaged 67 days on the market prior to going under contract and SOLD for 97% of the List Price. The average Sales Price was $500,468 or $149.42  per Square Foot of Living Area.

The lowest priced condo in Olympia SOLD for $339,000 and was a 4 bedroom 2 bath home with 1,938 Square Feet of Living Area.  This single story home had been well maintained and offered a fully fenced yard.  The highest priced home SOLD for $899,900 was a 5 bedroom 6.5 bath home with 5,485 Square feet of Living Area.  This home was the Prestigious Cassa Della Scalla model and offered a premium lake view, a gourmet kitchen, wrought iron staircase, gorgeous courtyard entrance.

The Real Estate Market in Olympia was healthy in 2017.  Good news is that there were 97 homes that SOLD in Olympia SOLD.  The homes SOLD for  96% of List Price and went under contract within 64 days of being on the market. In 2017 Olympia homes SOLD for an average of $473,871 or $148.25 per Square Foot of Living Area.

Home sales ranged from a low of $287,100 for a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home that was a Bank Owned Foreclosure. This home had 1,911 Square Feet of Living area and needed a little updating. The most expensive home SOLD for $1,010,000.
