The Real Estate Market in Polo West has been holding steady.  The number of  Polo West for Sale in 2020 was down only slightly from 2019. Good news is that the Single Family Homes in Polo West SOLD for almost 4.5% more in 2020 than they did in 2019!

There were 6  Polo West homes for sale in 2020.  The 6 homes SOLD for  95% of List Price and went under contract within 130 days of being on the market. In 2020 Polo West homes SOLD for an average of $580,583 or $192.72 per Square Foot of Living Area.

Home sales ranged from a low of $445,000 for a 4 bedroom 4 bath, single family home with 3,257 Square Feet of Living area. This home was a Bank Owned property that needed some work.  The home had previously flooded  due to roof leaks and had mold and discoloration.   The most expensive home SOLD for $900,000. This home was a 4 bedroom 3 bath home with 3,210 Square Feet of Living Area. This home had been completely and tastefully remodeled.  It offered an elegant chefs kitchen and  a beautiful pool.

The number of  Polo West homes for Sale in 2019 was the same as 2018. Most of the Polo West homeowners did not see any appreciation however.

In 2019 there were 8 Polo West homes for sale.   The  8 homes that SOLD had an average sales price of  $555,688 or $184.90 per square foot of living area. Homes went under contact within 85 days on the market an for 95% of List Price.

The least expensive home SOLD in Polo West sold for $495,000.  This 4 bedroom 3.5 bath single family home had 3,183 Square Feet of Living area. This pool home had great “bones” but was in need of some updating. The home that took home the honors for the highest priced home SOLD was a 4 bedroom 4 bath home that SOLD for $608,000.  This home had Smart Home Technology throughout along with a $5,000 solar water heater with electric backup.  The kitchen had upgraded soapstone counters and the beautiful back yard offered a peaceful heated pool for relaxation.

Polo West – 2018 Market Report

 

In 2018 there were a total of 8 Polo West homes SOLD.  Good news for Polo West homeowners was the fact that their home appreciated 4.5% in 2018 over 2017 sales prices.

Polo West home SOLD for 94% of List Price and went under contract within 61 days on the market.  In 2018, the average Sales Price was $593,625 or $77.56  per square foot of living area.  The lowest priced Polo West home SOLD for  $410,000 and was a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath  home with 2492 Square Feet of Living Area.  This home was a well maintained home that was in need of updating. The home that SOLD for the most was a5 bedroom 3.5 bath home with 3,945 Square Foot of Living Area.  This single family home closed at $875,000.  It offered a stunning lakefront view, your own private dock, a heated pool under a screened patio as well as a cabana bath and outside shower!  Inside the home the kitchen and bathrooms had been updated as well.

Polo West – 2017 Market Report

 

In 2017 the Polo West  market  saw 10 townhomes SOLD.  The  average sales price was $567,827 or $169.83 per square foot of living area. Homes went under contract within 80 days on market and SOLD for 96 % of List Price.

The average Sales Price was $567,827 or $169.93  per Square Foot of Living Area.  The lowest priced Polo West home SOLD for  $330,000 and was a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath  home with 2,983 Square Feet of Living Area.  This Bank Owned home was a  “Diamond in the Rough.”  It offered some nice features such as a pool with a raised spa and was on a nice corner lot.  The highest priced home SOLD for  $724,999 and was a 45 bedroom 2.5 bath home with 3,633 Square Foot of Living Area.  This single family home offered a stunning lakefront view, an oversized backyard and screened in pool.  The interior of the home had been tastefully remodeled and offered lots of natural sunlight.
