Home sales ranged from a low of $75,000 for a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with 1,971 Square Feet of Living area. This home backed up to the 8th Fairway, offered a great view and had a 2.5 car garage which was great for housing a golf cart.  The most expensive home SOLD for $500,000. This home was a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home with 3,95 Square Feet of Living Area.  This home was former Builders Model with many upgrades!  This home was on a 1/3 acre lot, had a 2.5 car garage, backed up to the 15th green and had a stunning screened in area overlooking a spa like private pool.

In 2019 there were 35 Wycliffe Country Club Homes SOLD.   The Single Family Homes that SOLD had an average sales price of $249,953 or $94.64 per Square Foot of Living Area. Homes went under contact within 131 days on the market and SOLD for 89% of List Price.

The least expensive home SOLD in Wycliffe for $58,800.  This Bank Owned Property was a 3 bedroom 2 bath, home had 2,215 Square Feet of Living area. The home offered beautiful natural light, a beautiful screened patio overlooking a landscaped back yard but was in need of updating. The home that took home the honors for highest priced home SOLD was a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home that SOLD for $475,000.  This home offered 2,734 Square Feet of Living Area.  This home had been recently renovated with a gourmet kitchen,, tranquil pool overlooking water and golf views!

In 2018 there were 56 homes SOLD.  Wycliffe Country Club home sales averaged $251,471 or $91.30 per Square Foot of Living Area. The homes lingered on the market for 195 days prior to going under contract and SOLD for 87% of the List Price.

The lowest priced home  SOLD for $78,000 and was a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with 2,093 Square Feet of Living Area.  This home was on a corner lot, had a newer A/C with an updated kitchen.  The Sellers of this home were so motivated to sell that they offered to pay 1/2 or  $24,000 towards the new buyers membership fee of $48,000. The highest priced home SOLD for $490,000 was a 4 bedroom 3 bath home with 3,467 Square feet of Living Area.  this home was a breathtaking residence on the lake with golf course views, a Chef’s kitchen, a Summer Kitchen, and a gorgeous pool area with a bar-b-que and wet bar.

Home sales ranged from a low of $100,000 for a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with 1,995 Square Feet of Living area. This home was on a oversized lot that was overlooking the 8th fairway of the East Golf Course.  The property offered a glass enclosed patio with exquisite golf course views.  It did need some updating.  The two most expensive homes SOLD for $525,000.  One home offered 4 bedroom with 3 bath and had 3202 Square Feet of Living Area.
