The Real Estate Market in Emerald Forest has been Booming!  The number of Eastwood Homes for Sale in 2020 rose and the SOLD prices were up over 12%!  There was a grand total of 27 Emerald Forest Homes SOLD in 2020.  This broke down into 21 Single Family Homes and 6 Townhomes. The Average SOLD price of all the homes in Emerald Forest was $351,770 and the average price per Square Foot of Living Area was $203.05. In 2020 Emerald Forest homes were on the market for 44 days prior to going under contract and SOLD for an average of 98% of List Price

Home prices in Emerald Forest ranged from $263,000 for a 3BR 2BA Townhome with 1464 Square Feet of Living Area that was a Short Sale all  the way up to $499,999 for a 4BR 3BA home with 2,404 Square Feet of Living Area.  This tastefully renovated home offered a newer roof, A/C, appliances, saltwater pool as well as overlooking the lake.  The homeowner offered seller financing as well!

The Real Estate Market in Emerald Forest has been holding steady.  There were a total of 21 Emerald Forest homes SOLD in 2019.  This broke down into 16 Single Family Homes and 5 Townhomes.  The Average SOLD price of the single family homes in Emerald Forest was $311,897 or $183.23 per Square Foot.  In 2019 Emerald Forest Single Family Homes were on the market for 57 days prior to going under contract and SOLD for an average of 97% of List Price.

There were a total of  22 homes SOLD in Emerald Forest.  This broke down into 15 Single Family Homes and 7 Townhomes. Home sales averaged 37 days on the market prior to going under contract and SOLD for 97% of the List Price. The average Sales Price was $297,884 or $180.62  per Square Foot of Living Area.

The lowest priced home in Emerald Forest SOLD for $217,659  and was a 3 bedroom 2.5  bath  Single Family Home with 1,566 Square Feet of Living Area.  This home was a Bank Owned property that would need some minor upgrades and new flooring.  The home featured a spacious open floor plan, an eat in kitchen, a covered patio with a ceiling fan and 2 car garage. It will take some minor upgrades and new flooring to ready this home for but it could be worth the time.  The highest priced home SOLD for $408,500 was a 4 bedroom 3 bath Single Family Home with 2,716 Square feet of Living Area.  This home has been been renovated to perfection and offered high ceilings, a beautiful kitchen, large living spaces and a big master bedroom!  The master bathroom had been re-done and feels like a spa.  The  master bedroom and 2nd bedroom are on the ground floor. You will enjoy entertaining and having a bbq in your stunning back yard. Some more good news is that the barrel tile roof had been completely re-done in 2011, so no need to worry about it for a long time!

There were 23  Emerald Forest homes that SOLD in 2017.  This broke down into 16 Single Family Homes and 7 Townhomes. The homes SOLD for  95% of List Price and went under contract within 48 days of being on the market.  Emerald Forest homes SOLD for an average of $280,793 or $168.53 per Square Foot of Living Area.

Home sales ranged from a low of $172,500 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath townhome with 1,005 Square Feet of Living area. This home had a gorgeous master bath, vaulted ceilings, a peaceful covered patio and a 1.5 car garage.  The most expensive home SOLD for $390,000.
