Good news for Wellington Lakes homeowners is that more homes SOLD in 2020 and home prices appreciated 6.3% in 2020 over the prior year.

There were 16 homes SOLD in 2020 vs 11 homes SOLD in 2019. The Average SOLD price of the single family homes in Wellington Lakes was $315,485 in 2020 vs $296,800 in 2019. The SOLD Price per Square Foot was $211.65 in 2020 vs $200.45 per Square Foot in 2019. Home prices in Wellington Lakes ranged from $240,355 for a 2BR 2BA home with 1082 Square Feet of Living Area and a 1 car garage all the way up to $372000 for a 4BR 2.5BA home with 1840 Square Feet of Living Area.  This home was located on a cul-de-sac with canal views and offered a bonus room.  In 2020 Wellington Lakes Homes were on the market for 28 days prior to going under contract while in 2019 Wellington Lakes homes stayed on the market an average of 37 days prior to going under contract.

Homes in Wellington Lakes SOLD for an average of 97% of List Price in 2020 which is DOWN 1% from 2019 which saw Wellington Lakes Single Family Homes selling for 98% of the List Price.

The Average SOLD price of the single family homes in Wellington Lakes was $296,800 or $200.45 per Square Foot of Living Area.  Home prices in Wellington Lakes ranged from $230,000 for a  Single Story 2BR 2BA home with 1215 Square Foot of Living Area and a two car garage up to a high of $340,000 for a 3BR 2.5BA home two story home that had  two car garage, quartz counters, stainless steel and a beautiful lake view. In 2019 Wellington Lakes Single Family Homes were on the market for 37 days prior to going under contract.  Homes SOLD for 98 % of their List Price.
