Wellington Place is a small community with only 78 villas and townhomes situated in Wellington Florida. This community is non-gated and offers one and two story homes. Many of these Mediterranean inspired homes were built in 1987 through 1989. Building started again in 1991 through the late 1990’s and was completed in 2001. These CBS villas and townhomes are offered in two bedroom as well as three bedroom models, with one or two car garages and range in size from 1215 up to 2,026 square feet under air. Wellington Place is pet friendly community with some restrictions.
These units offer such amenities as eat in kitchens, breakfast bars, vaulted/cathedral ceilings, large walk in closets, jack and jill bathrooms, first floor master bedrooms, spacious lofts, screened covered patio, front courtyard and atriums and more.
Wellington Place is governed by an HOA and the monthly fees are $322 per month. These fees cover: Common Areas; Exterior Building Insurance; Lawn Care; Exterior Maintenance; Management Fees; Pool Service; Recreational Facilities and Reserve Funds. The HOA is managed by Davenport Professional Property Management and is located at 6620 Lake Worth Road Suite F in Lake Worth FL.
Some of the Rules and Regulations for Wellington Place are as follow: Owners are allowed to rent their homes twice yearly for a minimum rental period of no less than 3 months. Pets are OK with a maximum weight restriction of 50 pounds and NO Pitbulls, German Shepherds or Rotweilers are allowed. Renters are allowed 2 vehicles per unit. Vehicle restrictions include: Parking of commercial vehicles, campers, boats, trailers etc are prohibited. The HOA will allow these vehicles only if they are concealed in homeowners respective garage.
