There were 85 homes that SOLD in 2020.  The homes SOLD for  98% of List Price and went under contract within 28 days of being on the market. In 2020 Sugar Pond Manor homes SOLD for an average of $398,707 or $195.80 per Square Foot of Living Area.

Home sales ranged from a low of $260,000 for a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with 2,024 Square Feet of Living area. This home was a Handyman Special that was also a Short Sale.  It was CBS with  beautiful pool and spa.  The most expensive home SOLD for $570,000. This home was a 5 bedroom 3 bath home with 2,547 Square Feet of Living Area.  This home was impeccable and had been completely renovated.  It had a new roof in 2020, 42″ cabinets, marble counters in main bath and a lovely screened in pool.

The Real Estate Market in Sugar Pond Manor was once again BOOMING in 2017.  There were 103  Single Family Homes SOLD in Sugar Pond Manor.  The homes SOLD for 97% of List Price and went under contract within 33 days of being on the market.  Sugar Pond Manor homes SOLD for an average of $350,115 or $171.17 per Square Foot of Living Area.

Home sales ranged from a low of $251,000 for a 4 bedroom 2 bath home with 1,847 Square Feet of Living area. This home was a Shortsale and needed some work and TLC.  The most expensive home SOLD for $458,900. In 2020 there were 8 Sugar Pond Manor units SOLD.  The average SOLD price was $211,438 or $190.74 per Square Foot of Living Area.  These units SOLD for 95% of List Price and went Under Contract within 36 days of being On the Market.

The least expensive unit SOLD for $180,000 and was a 2 bedroom 2 bath Villa with 1,044 Square Feet of Living Area. This Villa was updated with tile throughout, had a new A/C, granite counters, a new bath and a cute courtyard patio.  This Villa did not offer a garage.

The most expensive SOLD for 246,000 and was a 3 bedroom 2 bath Villa  with 1,275 Square Feet of Living Area  and a 1 car detached garage,  This unit offered a screened patio with inground pool and spa.  The home had a huge fenced in backyard.  This Villa was in need of some updates though.

The least expensive unit SOLD for $180,000 and was a 2 bedroom 2 bath Villa with 1,134 Square Feet of Living Area. This Villa  offered an inground pool, vaulted ceilings and skylights.  It did not have a garage.

The 2 most expensive properties SOLD for $245,000.  One was a  3 bedroom 2 bath Townhome with 1,292 Square Feet of Living Area and a 1 car garage.   This unit was totally remodeled with porcelain wood tiles, travertine floors and walls in the bath, granite in the kitchen and a private pool.  The 2nd unit was a  3 bedroom 2 bath Villa with 1,275 Square Feet of Living Area and a 1 car garage.  This Villa had been tastefully updated and offered a screened in patio with a saltwater pool.
