The average Days on Market prior to going under contract was 46, the average SOLD price was $ 369,668 or $175.47 per square foot of living area. The homes SOLD for an average of 98% of List Price.

These homes sold on average for 96% of the List Price and were on the market for an average of 56 days prior to going under contract. The least expensive home sold for $325,000 and was a 3 bedroom 2 bath single family pool home with 1,761 Square Feet of Living area and was a great deal for the new owners! There were 2 single family homes that sold for $395,000.
