There were 81  Greenview Shores single family homes for sale in 2020.  The  81 Single Family Homes SOLD for  98% of List Price and went under contract within 48 days of being on the market. In 2020 Greenview Shores homes SOLD for an average of $447,059 or $193.69 per Square Foot of Living Area.  Good news for Greenview Shores homeowners is that their homes appreciated 5.6 % in 2020!

Home sales ranged from a low of $292,000 for a 3 bedroom 2 bath, 1-story single family home with 1,768 Square Feet of Living area. This home a REO or Bank Owned Property.  This home offered a pool but was in need of repairs as well as updating, thus the low SOLD price. The most expensive home SOLD for $649,900. This home was a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home that  with 2,484 Square Feet of Living Area. This home had a magnificent lake view, a gorgeous pool, driftwood like plank flooring thought most of the home, family room skylight.  This home had been tastefully renovated and offered a metal roof which offers a longer life span than shingle or tile and costs more too!

In 2019 there were 59 Greenview Shores homes for sale and 2 Villas. The 59 single family homes that SOLD had an average sales price was $423,116 or $177.23 per square foot of living area. Homes went under contact within 55 days on the market an for 97% of List Price. Good news for Greenview Shores homeowners is that their homes appreciated almost 5 % in 2019!

The 1st Villa SOLD for $141,000 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath villa that was Bank Owned/REO that was in need of lots of updating.  The other Villa SOLD for $187,000 and had been totally updated.

The least expensive single family home SOLD in Greenview Shores sold for $300,000.  This 3 bedroom 2 bath, home had 1,847 Square Feet of Living area. This home was on a oversized cul-de-sac lot and had a pool. The home that took home the honors for highest priced home SOLD was a STUNNING 4 bedroom 2 bath home that SOLD for $670,000.  This home had  2,500 Square Feet of Living Area.  When you walked into this home you were immediately drawn to an outstanding lake view with a private dock.  This home had plenty of upgrades!  There was a new kitchen with quartz counters, updated bathrooms, plantation shutters, new tile flooring and a beautiful pool with glass tile overlooking the stunning lake view!

Greenview Shores Homes For Sale – 2018 Market Report

There were 69  Greenview Shores single family homes for sale in 2018 and 3 Townhome/Villas for sale as well.  The  69 homes SOLD for  97% of List Price and went under contract within 44 days of being on the market. In 2018 Greenview Shores homes SOLD for an average of $403,158 or $174.16 per Square Foot of Living Area. Home values in 2018 remained stable.

There were 2 townhomes that sold,  One 4 bedroom 2 bath townhome with 1,460 Square Feet of Living Area SOLD for $175,000 and  a 3 bedroom 2 bath townhome with 1,306 Square Feet of Living Area  SOLD for $230,000. The Villa was 2 bedroom 2 bath home with 1,200 Square Feet of Living Area that SOLD for $174,000.

Home sales ranged from a low of $265,000 for a 4 bedroom 2 bath, single family home with 2,145 Square Feet of Living area. This home needed to be sold for CASH only.  This was due to the extensive repairs that were necessary including termites and mold in the frame.  There were two single family homes that tied for the highest priced home SOLD in Greenview Shores in 2018.  Both homes SOLD for $505,000.  The first home was a 3bedrrom 3 bath home with 2,397 Square Feet of Living Area.  This home was move in ready.  It had been totally renovated with impact doors and windows, plus a saltwater pool and spa.  The other home was slightly larger with 2,712 Square Feet of Living Area and 4 bedrooms and 3 baths.  This home offered a 3 car garage, totally updated throughout plus a remodeled heated salt water pool.

There were 61  Greenview Shores single family homes and 1 Villa for sale in 2017.  The  61  homes SOLD for  97% of List Price and went under contract within 42 days of being on the market. The 1 Villa SOLD for $180.000 and was a 4 bedroom 2 bath unit with 1,460 Square Feet of Living Area.  It was a single story  newly upgraded villa with a new kitchen that offered granite countertops, white cabinets, stainless steel appliances.

Single Family Home sales ranged from a low of $290,000 for a 4 bedroom 2 bath home with 2,036 Square Feet of Living area. This home was being SOLD as a Short Sale.  This was beautiful home that needed just a few updates.   The most expensive home SOLD for $675,000. This gorgeous 2 story home was a 4 bedroom 4 bath home that  with 2,735 Square Feet of Living Area. This home had been newly constructed in 2016.  This home was exquisite home with a clean, open and modern ambience and was located across from the horse show (WEF) in a quiet cul-de-sac.  This very light and private home offered the best of indoor and outdoor living.
