In the over $1,000,000 Home Category in Wellington, there were 7 homes sold.  The average home price was $4,562,857 and was sold in an average of 198 Days on Market.

Homes Sales are down over the same time last year,  In April 2015 there were a total of 147 Homes SOLD.  The total volume sold was $110,770,042.  In April 2016 the total volume sold was  $68,452,827 which is almost 38% less than this time last year.
