Wellington Florida Real Estate Sales in May 2016 were steady.  Last year at this time there were 136 homes sold compared to 121 Homes Sold in May 2016. Of this number, 20 of the homes sold in Wellington were Townhomes/Condo’s and Villas. There were 101 Wellington Single Family Home Sales. Currently Wellington Florida Real Estate is experiencing a Sellers Market!
