Arissa Place – 3 Condos for Sale.  Prices are ranging  from $173,000 for a 3BR 2BA with Garage on the 2nd Floor overlooking a canal. The highest priced condo for sale is a  3BR 2BA on the 2nd floor with a one car garage and also offering waterfront view for $179,900– Community has a pool, hot tub, small fitness room, children’s playground and picnic area. Arissa Place is located in the heart of Wellington, close to Polo and Equestrian Show grounds, Gated Pet Friendly Community!  Condo fees range from $200 for the smaller units to just over $300 per month for the larger Condos.  Water & Basic Cable Included in Monthly Fees

Mayfair at Wellington – Currently there is 1 Condo For Sale in Mayfair.  This is a 3BR 2BA Condo is ALL on the 1st floor. It is listed for $339,900.  It comes complete with a 2 Car Garage and tranquil lakefront views.  Mayfair is an Active 55+ Community that is situated between Forest Hill Boulevard and South Shore Boulevard.  This is a Gated Pet Friendly community with lots of amenities.  Mayfair is governed by a Condo Association with the monthly fees averaging around $325 and cover common areas as well as exterior building insurance.

Palm Court – Palm Court is offering 1 Condo for sale.  The 2BR 2BA condo is on the 1st floor and the list price is $64,900.  This 2BR 2BA Condo has 980 Square Feet of Living Area – Great community called Palm Court located in heart of Wellington, next to Monterey on The Lake off Wellington Trace.  Community has a pool, tennis courts, dog park and playground.  Palm Court is governed by a  Condo Association and the monthly fees are $272 which include cable.

Sheffield Woods –  Currently there are 3 Condos on the market in Sheffield Woods.   They range in price from $165,000 for  a 2BR 2BA condo on the 2nd floor to $199,900 for a 3BR 2BA condo on the 1st floor which has been totally renovated!   Sheffield Woods is a Non-Gated community that is Pet Friendly.  There are 2 entrances off Wellington Trace between Forest Hill Boulevard and Big Blue Trace.   Sheffield Woods is governed by a Condo Association with  average monthly fees of around $245.  No trucks or RV’s are allowed and there are some size and breed restrictions on pets.  Monthly fees cover cable, trash and the exterior building insurance.

The Shores At Wellington – The Shores currently has 3 Condos for sale.  They range in price from $169,500 for a 2BR 2BA condo on the 3rd floor up to $179,900 for a 3BR 2BA condo on the 3rd floor also.  This 4 Story Condominium is the tallest Wellington Condo community.  The buildings have an elevator, community pool and tennis court.  The Condo Association Fees average around $540 and cover cable, exterior building insurance and water/sewer.

St Andrews at the Polo Club –  WOW!  There are plenty of opportunities to get a gread deal in St Andrews this month. Currently there are 19 Condos on the market!  The Lowest Priced condo is selling for $189,900.  This 2BR 2BA condo is located on the 3rd floor and comes with a 1 car garage.  The pricest Condo is a 2BR 2BA unit on the 3rd floor that is totally renovated complete with limestone floors and is listed at $334,000.  St Andrews is  popular Gated community that is Pet Friendly.  Situated off South Shore Boulevard close to Everything Equestrian.  Governed by a Condo Association the monthly fees range from mid $200’s up to around $350.  This fee covers exterior building insurance, sewer/water, security and common areas.

 

The Winner of the Most Wellington Florida Condos for Sale 

Goes to  Palm Beach Polo.  The TOTAL number of Condos available in this Exclusive Equestrian community is 28.  Below we will break down the number of condos for sale by community along with the average monthly condo fees.  Palm Beach Polo is a manned guard gated community that is Pet Friendly.

Palm Beach Polo –Bagagattelle – 5 Condos for Sale ranging from $279,000 up to $345,000 for various 2BR 2BA Condos. Some of the condos have been upgraded and  some that are not. Condo fees range from the low $500 up to almost $600 per month.

Palm Beach Polo –Cowdray Park –There are 3 Condos for Sale –  There is a 4 BR 4BA Penthouse  with Polo Field Views that needs renovation for $399,000. Or you can choose from a 3BR 3BA first floor unit that has been fully renovated for $399,900.   Lastly there is a 2BR 2BA  Condo on the 2nd floor for $280,000.  Condo Fees can range from about $800 up to $1300 per month.

Palm Beach Polo –Golf Cottages –There are 4 Condos currently for SALE.  There are  3 Condos to choose from if you are looking for a 3BR 3BA Condos with 1760 Square Feet of Living Area.  They range from $275,000 up to $339,500. If you are looking for a Totally Remodeled 2BR 2BA there is one on the 2nd floor available for $295,000.  Condo fees range from  $800 – $900 per month
