Phase Two of Georgian Courts was started in 2002 by Continental Builders and finished in 2003. This phase added an additional 64 CBS townhomes with several different floor plans to choose from. The townhomes on Old Englishtown Road do not come with garages.  The most recently built townhomes on Georgian Court come with a 1 car garage that offers additional driveway parking.

What is it like to buy a townhome and live at Georgian Courts? The community has a sparkling pool that is within walking distance for all the residents of. Georgian Courts is governed by an HOA.  These HOA fees are $150 per month and cover common area maintenance, liability insurance of common areas and pool maintenance.  Pet lovers will be happy to know that the HOA allows 2 pets with no weight limits, but non aggressive breeds only.  Renting out your townhome is ok with approval through the HOA.   There are no commercial vehicles allowed.   Georgian Courts  is managed by Crest Management Group, Inc. out of Boca Raton, FL.

Georgian Courts homes are classified as  Townhomes and are able to be financed FHA!  The great thing for 1st time homebuyers is that FHA financing allows you to buy your new home with a much lower down payment, typically around 3.5%.
